Department of Technology Management

This department is responsible for promoting innovation, development and entrepreneurship at the Institution. Its work has allowed the University’s third place in the ranking of patents, for three consecutive years, according to the Report of the National Institute for Intellectual Property (2012: second place; 2011 and 2010: third place). This unit that depends on the Vice Presidency of Research, Development and Innovation also provides guidance for researchers on obtaining and marketing their patents.
